When you purchase a Quad Cortex collection, the delivery process differs from other digital products. Captures and Presets are not sent as downloadable files, but are transferred directly to your account via Neural DSP's official Cortex Cloud system. This method ensures full compatibility, proper organization, and immediate access from your device.

In this article we explain how to easily receive your Tonelab collection.

The first step: access Cortex Cloud

To begin, you must log in to Cortex Cloud using your Neural DSP account. You can do this from the Cortex Cloud mobile app or the web version at:

It's important that your account is properly linked and that your device has an internet connection. If you didn't provide your Cortex Cloud username during your purchase, you'll need to do so by sending it to support@tonelabstore.com , since this is the identifier that allows us to share the content with you.

Connecting your account with Tonelab

Once you're in Cortex Cloud, find our official TonelabNeural profile and click Follow. This step is essential, as it allows us to locate your account within the system and send you your Presets and Captures directly.

After you follow us, our team will follow you back. This mutual connection enables the content transfer. This process typically takes around two business days.

When your Captures arrive

Once the connection is active, you'll receive a notification within Cortex Cloud indicating that your collection is available. All content will automatically appear in the "Shared with me" section of your cloud library.

You don't need to manually download files or perform external installations. This is the only official method for receiving Captures on Quad Cortex.

Loading your Captures on the Quad Cortex

With your Quad Cortex connected to the internet, open Cortex Cloud from the device and go to the “Shared with me” section. There you will find the Captures sent by Tonelab.

Simply select Add to Device to import them directly to your hardware. Once loaded, you can rename, organize, and use them within your presets just like any other Capture.

Enjoying your collection

Your new Captures are ready to use. You can explore them, modify them, and combine them with your favorite effects to build your personal tone. Each Capture has been created in a professional studio using high-end equipment to ensure fidelity, natural response, and true-to-life sound quality.
