TL-IR-NYLON is a package of 9 balanced, equalized, and perfectly phased Impulse Responses (IRs), created through a professional studio process to guarantee a premium result in any mixing or performance environment.
These IRs have been designed for use with both steel and nylon-string guitars. On steel guitars, they bring out the character of nylon with a very particular warmth, while on nylon-string guitars they enhance the instrument and take it to a deeper level, with more body, air, and definition.
Part of ToneLab's Vintage Collection, this series was captured from a 1982 Ramirez guitar, delivering a classic nylon sound with historical identity and natural resonance, ideal for acoustic styles, ballads, Christian music, soundtracks, or fingerstyle.
For this collection, classic studio microphones such as ELAM 251, KM84 and U47 were used, along with high-end API 512c and Neve 1073 Vintage preamps, ensuring tonal integrity, accurate phase and musical response.
Captured in collaboration with Javier Serrano, these IRs were developed under professional production criteria, bringing real studio experience to a collection made for guitarists who demand authenticity.
