JS-IR-OD includes 11 Impulse Responses created from one of Javier Serrano's favorite booths for recording overdrive tones in the studio . Each IR was captured with his preferred microphones, carefully balanced, positioned, and EQed, following the same compression and processing process he uses in his professional productions. This collection faithfully reflects Javier's sonic aesthetic in the recording environment and is designed to integrate directly into your studio workflow.

TONE AND STUDIO FIDELITY

All of our IRs have been standardized and optimized within the same technical process as our Presets . This ensures that IRs can be freely interchanged between any of our presets, always maintaining a balanced, consistent, and professional result.

This means that no matter which Impulse Response pack you purchase, you can later complement and use other preset packs together, as they've all been designed to work seamlessly and seamlessly in any setting.

Mono Mics

This folder includes the four microphones selected by Javier Serrano, positioned exactly where he uses to capture his signature overdrive sound. Each IR offers the unique character of an individual microphone, providing versatile options for different nuances.

This file concentrates the essence of the package and faithfully reflects the overdrive tone that defines his sound.

Technical specifications

All of our Impulse Responses are available in 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, and 96 kHz sample rates, at 24-bit, with the highest-quality sweep in 200 ms and 500 ms versions. These files are fully compatible with any hardware or software designed for IR playback.
