ThisIR Packwas captured from aMesa Boogie 4x12 cabin, one of the most representative configurations in the history ofmodern high-gainKnown for its aggressive response, firm bass, and defined mids, it's ideal for heavy rock and metal. For this collection, we worked with a4x12 cabinet equipped with Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, managing to capture all its power, clarity and harmonic character, with the type of attack and definition expected of aMesa Boogie Triple Rectifier.
High-end microphones were used:Telefunken M80, Shure SM57, Royer R121 and Neumann U67, along with legendary preampsNeve 1073 VintageandAPI 512Censuring a signal chain ofprofessional studio quality.
The result is11 Premium Impulse Responsesobtained through a capture process of the highest precision: high-resolution frequency sweeps, absolute phase control and a completely transparent audio path.
The goal was to accurately replicate the actual behavior of the cockpit4x12achieving an IR thatIt sounds and feels like the originalwith a powerful, open and defined frequency balance, maintaining a firm low end and the aggressive character characteristic ofTriple Rectifier.
